💛
Dear Me,
I know you’re hurting right now.
I know your heart feels bruised, heavy, and confused.
You gave love so deeply, so fully — and it wasn’t returned the way you needed.
And that hurts. Of course it does.
But listen to me — really listen:
You are not broken.
You are not unlovable.
You are not too much.
And you are not too hard to hold.
You are a woman who has walked through pain most people would never understand — and still, you pour light into the world.
You create candles, scents, and rituals of peace for others… even when you’re holding grief inside.
That is strength.
That is courage.
That is grace.
You believed in love. That’s not weakness — that’s bravery.
You held on to hope. You gave someone years of your heart. You believed the promises.
But now it’s time to believe yourself instead.
Believe the voice that says:
“I deserve to be chosen. I deserve to feel safe.
I deserve a love that doesn’t leave me questioning.”
So if he couldn’t show up for you — that’s not your failure.
That’s his limitation.
And it’s okay to grieve the version of the story you hoped for.
But please promise me this:
Don’t forget who you are because of how someone treated you.
Don’t give up on love just because someone couldn’t love you well.
You are still Josie.
You are still fire and softness.
You are still worthy. Still growing. Still loved.
Even if today hurts like hell — it will not always.
Because you are healing.
And healing is holy.
I’m proud of you.
I love you.
And I won’t let you forget it.
– Love, Me 💛♥️
