Can I pick up my order?
Yes. If you’re in Swindon and want to save on postage, we can arrange local pickup. Contact us to confirm a suitable time.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. All items are created in small batches with care, precision and attention to detail.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Everything is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.


CANDLES & HOME FRAGRANCE

What makes your candles special?
Each candle is hand-poured in the UK using high-quality wax and premium fragrance oils. Our collections—such as Unbroken Strength and New Dawn—offer a long-lasting luxury scent.

How long do your candles burn?
Approximately 40–50 hours with proper care. Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.


CANDLE CARE

How do I make my candle last longer?
• Trim wick to 5mm
• Allow full melt pool on first burn
• Burn 2–4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts
• Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains

How do I extinguish a candle safely?
Use a snuffer or blow gently. Allow candle to cool before moving.

Can I reuse the candle jar?
Yes. Clean when finished and repurpose for storage or décor.

How do I book a treatment?
Visit the Contact Page and send your name, the treatment you want and your preferred date/time.

Where are treatments held?
In our private and cosy treatment room in Swindon.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Available for all services.

Wholesale:
We work with selected salons, spas and boutiques.

Custom/event candles:
Available for weddings, corporate gifting and personal occasions.

Lead time:
Typically 2–4 weeks depending on quantity.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. UK only for now.

How long is UK delivery?
2–3 business days.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us first for instructions.

What if my order is damaged?
Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.

Are custom items refundable?
Only if damaged.
